yes i also think that you are consuming to much dehydrated foods
i have been raw for about 5 months and went from 153 to 119 i hardly consume dehydrated foods , maybe like 2 times a month
i read in this article that consuming to much dehydrated foods will make you retaine air
i dont think that your weight gain is due to fruits
in a day i consume about 12 tagerines an 3 apples and i havent gained weight i just keep losing
