Hi Honey.

I also gained weight when I started a raw diet and it took me several months to figure out why. I was eating a lot of dehydrated things, nuts, seeds, and dried fruit. Yikes! I finally figured out eating mainly fresh fruit and greens was the way to go (so simple!). I lost weight pretty easily and am continuing to lose. Since I found the 80-10-10 (80% carbs, 10% protein, 10% fat) I have become much happier, healthier, and have more energy!
